BEST EVER!! For years, I have used other carpet cleaning companies out of Lubbock. They do not hold a candle to ChemDry of Plainview. Not only were the guys prompt and thorough, they were the friendliest, most polite serviceman to ever come to my home. They worked absolute wonders on my old, pet-stained carpet. I still can’t believe my eyes! If you have pets, or if you live in a home that previously had pets, the black light pet stain treatment is definitely worth the money. I 100% will be using this company again and will recommend them to everyone! I wish I would’ve switched to ChemDry years ago!!

Eric and his helper went way beyond expectation of a cleaning company. We had stains from the prior owners that we had tried getting out with no luck. Needless to say they are gone the carpet looks new and smells amazing. They gave us recommendations on how to clean mattresses and offered to do it as well. If you have cleaning needs Chem-Dry is the place to call.
MIRACLE WORKER. A rental property my family was moving into was soiled with pet urine. And I’m not talking about a couple of spots. I’m talking, every three inches, there was some kind of nasty. Eric was amazing. He produced a miracle and got rid of the smell AND cleaned our carpets. I cannot recommend Chem Dry enough. Don’t think twice. Stop shopping for a carpet cleaner. You have found them. Choose Chem Dry!!
We just had our carpets cleaned but chem dry and they were the best got all the stains out and even the smell of all the pet odor that was there from previous owners Our carpet is now fluffy and clean again they also cleaned our couches and they look brand new again! I’m very satisfied! I highly recommended them!!

I have a new puppy and she was so difficult to potty train. Chem-Dry of Plainview went above and beyond cleaning the pet urine from my carpets. Stains are still gone and they look great! Highly recommend them!!!
Best carpet cleaning I have ever had done. Erik and Marcel were running a little late (only by half an hour), I was given a call in advance letting me know they were running late. When the two gentlemen arrived they were very friendly and made me feel very comfortable by keeping me aware of everything they would be doing with the carpet. I highly recommend Chem-Dry and will be using them again for all my carpet needs!!!
Chem-Dry of Plainview is the ONLY company I would recommend if your carpets need to be cleaned. I just rented a house but the previous tenants left it so disgusting and let a dog run loose in the house as well. The smell was unbelievable. Soooo much urine and stains in every room that has carpet. Erik was quick and eager to get the job done. Excellent job. The house smells so clean and the carpets look and feel amazing. Now I can move in and allow my children to run around without worrying about nasty unclean carpets.
